Through interactive events, cultural showcases, thought-provoking discussions, and creative workshops, let's come together to learn, reflect, and inspire change.

Panel Discussion - 'What does anti-racism look like in practice?'

This session brings together voices with extensive professional experience and lived insight into anti racism. Each speaker will share a 15 minute reflection on how anti racism can be meaningfully implemented within their field, followed by an open Q&A session.

Alongside complimentary hot drinks and open discussion, you will have the chance to take part in a creative activity: Painting tote bags and mugs with race equality themed designs that celebrate culture, identity, and community. This hands on activity is a fun and reflective way to express the diversity that strengthens our university environment.

Our Community Festival will bring together students, staff, and community partners for a day of cultural connection. We''ll be joined by the Worcester Afro-Caribbean Association, Worcester Mela, Worcester Welcome Refugee Group, Wah Gwaan Restaurant, and many more.

Our Celebration Night will honour the voices, stories, and talents that enrich our community. All proceeds from the evening will be donated to the Race Equality Foundation, a charity dedicated to tackling racial inequality and promoting better outcomes for ethnic minority communities across the UK.
