Varsity 2026 - Worcester Arena Day…

Event: Worcester Arena Day
Date: Wednesday 22nd April

Location: University of Worcester Arena, Hylton Road, Worcester, WR2 5JN
Price: £8 - £12

This is a joint event featuring Dance, Netball, Cheerleading Showcase, and Basketball

Event schedule:
Dance - 3pm-5.30pm
Netball - 5.30pm-7pm
Cheerleading Showcase - 7pm-7.30pm
Basketball - 7.30pm-9.30pm
Trophy Presentation - 9.30pm-10pm

Food and drink will be available at the venue.

Please note, no alcohol may be taken into the venue and bag searches will be in operation. Spectators are not permitted bags bigger than an A4 size piece of paper. There is a zero-tolerance policy on illegal substances and anyone found to be in possession will be banned from all Varsity events.

All spectators must agree to the Varsity Spectator Code of Conduct. This should be read before purchasing your ticket and can be read on the SU website .

Early bird tickets are limited and available on a first come, first served basis. Standard tickets will be available until Tuesday 21st April. On the door prices will apply from Wednesday 22nd April.

Refund Eligibility

More than 7 days before the event:
Refund requests submitted over 7 days prior to the scheduled event date are eligible for a full refund of the ticket price. Please note that booking fees are non refundable.

Within 7 days of the event:
Refund requests submitted less than 7 days before the event are not eligible for a refund.

How to Request a Refund
All refund requests must be submitted through our official ticketing system. 

Event Changes or Cancellations
In exceptional circumstances (e.g., event cancellation or significant changes to the event), additional refund options may be offered. These will be communicated directly to ticket holders.

Please note, tickets must match the Student ID of the person attending.
Any member of staff working a Varsity event may ask you to present your student ID card at any time. If you are unable to produce your student ID, you may be asked to leave.
If you can no longer attend the event and want to pass your ticket to someone else, please email sucommunications@worc.ac.uk with the new attendee’s full name so we can update our records. Please note, if you are purchasing tickets on behalf of others, you are responsible for their conduct at this event.
